Transportation Options

  • We always look forward to meeting our puppy clients in person! We will provide specific directions on how to get to our place, and we ask that you please send us a text just as you’re passing Idaho Falls or about 10 minutes away, so we can watch for you!

Please note that we do not have restroom facilities available for you here. There is a small convenience store just off the exit of I-15 that has restroom facilities.

Flying In? We can meet you at our local airport in Idaho Falls, Idaho Regional Airport (IDA). We are located just 10 minutes away. IDA currently hosts United, Delta, American, Alaska, and Allegiant Airlines.

  • If you choose to move forward with ground transportation, we can contact one of our trusted ground transporters to assist in planning the delivery of your puppy to your area. Your location does determine pricing and scheduling. The Charge generally ranges between $200 and $800 depending on your location. Please Contact Us for a Price Quote!

The ground transport charge covers the following services:
    Ground transporter fee
Final thorough vet exam & health certificate for your new puppy

Rabies vaccination, if your puppy is over 12 weeks of age

If you meet one of our smaller ground transporters, we will ask that you find a suitable public meeting place that is relatively close to your home, but will also allow easy access off the freeway, please. As soon as you have that location figured out, please let us know the name of the location and address and we'll put it with the travel notes.

  • We have been mostly utilizing puppy nanny flight service at this time. Puppy nannies will hand-carry your puppy in the cabin of the airplane on a “stand-by” basis from our airport to the international airport that is closest to your location. Because of that, they will look for a flight that has the best chance of them being able to board so that their flight plan is usually accurate. On occasion, they won’t make it on the planned flight due to there being no seats available. At that time, they will reroute their flight plan. They are excellent to stay in contact with us via the group text that we will have going on that day so keep us all in good communication for travel progress and updates.

Currently, the flight nanny charge is $700+, depending on your location and ease of accessibility and includes:
    Puppy nanny charge
    Airline charge for pet in-cabin
Final thorough vet exam & health certificate for your new puppy
Rabies vaccination, if your puppy is over 12 weeks of age

Occasionally, our flight nannies’ planned flights will be sold out necessitating a change in travel plans. When that happens, they are good to keep us all updated on what's going on so that we all know what to expect.

We are unable to choose the delivery date and there needs to be flexibility with your schedule when working with a flight puppy nanny.
